Your Pet Paw Print Necklace
Picture Guidelines
Congratulations - you're about to receive the most original keepsake engraved with your pet's paw print! Here's what you need to do now:
1. Take a photo of your pet's paw or their print, if you have one.
2. Absolutely no need to edit the photo - that's what we're here for!
3. Send the picture to hello@joizi.com
4. If you ordered a 2-sided engraving, make sure to send us 2 pictures.
5. If you opted for text engraving, also include it in your email.
Picture requirements:
- Paw prints on white background work best
- When taking a photo of your pet's paw, make sure the paw is clearly visible
- Don't edit your photo, we'll take care of it!
- We might have to crop or edit photos to get the best quality necklace for you!
How to take good photos of your pet's paw:
- Make sure the light is good - natural light works best
- Position your phone/camera at the same angle as their paw
- Make sure your phone/camera is in focus as otherwise, your photo will be blurry
For peace of mind, you can take a few photos, send them to us and we'll choose the best one!
When using your pet's paw print, if you prefer, you can scan the print instead of taking a photo of it. Simply look for a free scan app on your phone, if you don't already have one!
