Standard delivery (3-5 working days): £4.99 or FREE on orders over £100
Express delivery (1-3 working days): £6.99 or £2 on orders over £100

All personalised necklaces are engraved to order in a family-run workshop. Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch of your order, once the artwork has been submitted and processed.

Within the UK, we ship mostly with Royal Mail and Hermes. However, we reserve the right to use other couriers instead. When possible and required, we use tracked services.

You will find your order’s dispatch details in the dispatch notification email, which you’ll receive once your items had been shipped. Please note that the tracking number may show as 'invalid' until the next working day.
